Attendance at all professional sessions is unacceptable.

PAYMENT METHOD
All payments must be made in Japanese yen by bank transfer or with credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted.
1. Bank transfer (telegraphic transfer only)
Please send the registration fee to the bank account shown on the last page of online registration and on the auto-reply email. Please remember to indicate your name and registration number on the remittance application.
Remittance must be arranged no later than 30 April 2018 for early registration and 20 May 2018 for late registration.
Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by participants.
For quick and accurate processing of your registration, we would appreciate it if you could send copy of the bank remittance receipt to the Registration Secretariat.
2. Credit card
American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

CONFIRMATION – RECEIPT
Please download and print out the confirmation letter and receipt from registration system.

OFFICIAL INVITATION LETTER
To visit Japan, you must have a valid passport. A visa is required for citizens of countries that do not have visa-exempt agreements with Japan. If you wish for an official invitation letter to arrange your visa, please select "Need of Visa documents" when registering. This should not, however, be considered as a financial commitment on the part of the organizers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made to the conference Registration Secretariat in writing either by e-mail.
The amount of refund depends on the date of cancellation as follows:
Cancellation received By 30 April 2018 50% : refund of the total fees.
Cancellation received On or After 1 May 2018 : No refund.
If technical tours are cancelled by organizers, tour fees will be refunded regardless of the policy.
Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference.
Transfer charges for cancellation refunds will also be covered by participants.
Registration
One registration must be made for each paper basically by a first author.
If a payment is conducted in a group or by a different person,
please inform Registration Secretariat beforehand in writing whose registration fees are paid.
