**Student participants are required to send a copy of their student ID to the Registration Secretariat by fax or email.
***Welcome to Banquet to know about Japanese culture, but participation is option.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON(S)

Registration Fee for accompanying person : ¥ 5,000
Accompanying persons can only participate in Banquet.
Attendance at all professional sessions is unacceptable.

If you have not registered your personal information yet, please click on the [New] button and register your personal information.
Registration If you have already registered your personal information, please enter your ID and password and then click on the [Login] button.
Please select a registration category and payment method.
CompleteAfter your online registration, you will receive an auto-reply e-mail.
If you choose bank transfer as a payment method, your registration is valid only after the payment is confirmed by the Registration Secretariat.
To change your registration information, please contact the Registration Secretariat.

PAYMENT METHOD

All payments must be made in Japanese yen by bank transfer or with credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted.

1. Bank transfer (telegraphic transfer only)

Please send the registration fee to the bank account shown on the last page of online registration and on the auto-reply email. Please remember to indicate your name and application number on the remittance application.
Remittance must be arranged no later than 30 April 2018 for early registration and 14 July 2018 for late registration.
Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by participants.
For quick and accurate processing of your registration, we would appreciate it if you could send copy of the bank remittance receipt to the Registration Secretariat.


2. Credit card

American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.


PAYMENT DEADLINE

Late registration:1 May 2018
15 June 2018 for Bank transfer
15 June 2018 for Credit card

(Registration after this date will be handled on-site)

CONFIRMATION - RECEIPT

Please download and print out the confirmation letter and receipt from registration system.
For credit card payment, you can print them out soon after you finish the registration procedure.
For bank transfer, the Registration Secretariat will inform you by e-mail when your payment is confirmed and the confirmation letter and receipt are ready to download.

+Please remember to bring your confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference to pick up your congress kit upon arrival. Confirmation letter can be printed as many times as you need at your convenience until and during the conference.
+Download of receipt is available only once.

OFFICIAL INVITATION LETTER

An official letter of invitation to help overcome administrative difficulties in some countries can be issued by the Conference Organizing Committee upon written request to the secretariat. This should not, however, be construed as a financial commitment on the part of the organizers.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be made to the conference Registration Secretariat in writing either by fax or e-mail.
The amount of refund depends on the date of cancellation as follows:
Cancellation received By 30 April 2018 50% refund of the total fees.
Cancellation received On or After 1 May 2018 No refund.
If technical tours are cancelled by organizers, tour fees will be refunded regardless of the policy.
Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference.

Transfer charges for cancellation refunds will also be covered by participants.
